1) I have not been very attentive to clients' needs
2) I have slacked returning emails
3) I had an internet snafu and missed some coaching calls- I am cool with it (or trying to be)
4) I am eating lots of durian and mangosteen
5) I have walked miles and miles on my new knees. I am back to lifting weights
6)  I  am taking stock of what I have accomplished without obsessing about what I have not. I am focusing on being.
7) I swam at sunrise in the Andaman sea, and had a few good laughs and good cries while doing so
9) I have enjoyed working out some flash nonfiction ideas without worrying about completing them
10) I have pet as many dogs as I have encountered
